Appreciation

We are often asked what the Wolfe Lane signature cocktail is and to tell you the truth, we don't really have one signature drink. The bar is a work in progress, building, defining and refining its identity. We have not chosen to be a cocktail, wine, whisky, or whatever else some bars choose to define themselves by; instead we have chosen to define ourselves simply by quality.

As small bars are relatively new to Perth, we feel it is important to offer a wide ranging variety of new, original and less well recognised products that don't necessarily get represented in more mainstream popular bars but are equally as good, if not better in a lot of cases.

If we did have to choose one drink which defines our bar the most, it would have to be the Partridge & Perigord. You won't find it anywhere else in Perth, and you will be hard pushed to find it anywhere else in Australia. It is a truffle infused grey goose vodka which we made ourselves with black Perigord Tasmanian truffles, pear brandy and chocolate liqueur. Quite unique and very refreshing.
