"Tucked away as it is behind the Belgian Beer Cafe in Perth, you might not have found Wolfe Lane yet - but it's definitely worth the hunt. Spacious, adorned with graphic art, the requisite stripped back walls and a distinct ‘New York loft' feel, this place has certainly got understated cool nailed. Even better, it's got the goods behind the bar as well. Stocked with a careful selection of boutique spirits and with a tantalising, customised menu, there's a big cocktail focus... Head bartender James Powell shares one of his creations with us - the Gin Orchid, a pretty, fragrant treat perfect for spring. James describes it as "intriguing in colour, floral, light - and most importantly, goes down easily."
