"The owner of Wolfe Lane Bar, Jade Brereton, says being off the main street works in the bar's favour. 'It means that people need to look for you a bit, and they need to actually know what you're about and actually want to be at your venue. We didn't want to be on the main street.'
The bar has been open for a year and business is booming, with crowds packing the venue on a Friday evening. 'When you've got a small venue you can be a bit more particular about what your bar's about' he says. 'You can have a particular style and feel about the place and hopefully that's what people see.'"
